How to Safely Take Commissions as a UGC Creator

- Chargebacks: client pays, receives work, then reverses the charge.
- Scope creep / ghosting: endless "small" changes, or a vanished client.
A safer workflow

- Use escrow or milestones. Hold funds (or split deposits) so neither side carries all the risk.
- Agree scope in writing. Deliverables, revisions, timeline, and price up front.
